Filed and settled a lawsuit against the Yukon Community Support Foundation (YCSF) after the forensic audit revealed that $185,000 in city funds had been diverted to the nonprofit without proper authorization — including large payments from INTEGRIS Health for a water tower advertisement that were redirected to YCSF instead of the city, and cash donations from citizens.
