Citywide nondiscrimination policy and complaint procedure adopted

Adopted the City of Yukon's first formal citywide Nondiscrimination Policy and Complaint Procedure, approved 5-0. It operates alongside the employee ethics hotline reinstated in response to the forensic audit, giving employees and residents a defined process to report and resolve complaints.

What it means: Formalizes a process for reporting discrimination and misconduct that previously did not exist
