Serving as Mayor
Brian Pillmore has served as Mayor of Yukon, Oklahoma since 2024. His administration has delivered measurable results: a forensic audit that exposed decades of financial mismanagement, $1M+ in new annual revenue generated without raising taxes, $11M in infrastructure investment, and landmark charter reforms that restored accountability to city government.
Beyond the balance sheet, Mayor Pillmore has focused on Yukon’s identity and future — championing the city’s live music scene, supporting the launch of Yukon’s first dedicated tourism website, and completing long-deferred projects like the Freedom Trail accessible playground. He conducted a nationwide City Manager search that resulted in a 4–0 council vote to hire Yukon native Jeff Deckard.
He brings a non-traditional approach to public service: focused on outcomes over politics, transparent by default, and willing to tackle problems that predecessors left unaddressed.

Businessman & Founder
Brian Pillmore is the Founder of Visbanking, a leading bank intelligence provider serving multiple Fortune 100 companies — built and operated from right here in Yukon. He has over a decade of experience in banking and financial services, including his prior role as President and Regional CEO for UMB Bank in Oklahoma. His background in financial analysis directly informed the forensic audit work and fiscal reforms he championed as Mayor.
Open Source for Government
Mayor Pillmore published MayorGPT — a free, open-source toolkit of 34 AI agents, 73 reusable prompts, and 82 skill bundles built from real day-to-day work as Mayor of Yukon, Oklahoma. The goal: give every mayor, council member, and city official in the country access to the same tools, regardless of whether their city has a technology budget. It is available free to any city on GitHub.
Guided by Faith
Brian authored The Jesus Meal, a reflective work on the Lord’s Supper. He is currently working on a volume on discipleship — But I Chose You: A biographical examination of discipleship — focusing on the lives of the patriarchs, prophets, apostles, and disciples as they followed God.
Serving the Community
Brian serves on the Boards of Life Training Institute and Scouts BSA – Last Frontier Council. He volunteers at Troop 300, Scouts BSA, the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, and City Rescue Mission Oklahoma City.
Devoted Family Man
Brian resides in Yukon with his wife Micah, a classroom teacher, and their four children — Elijah, Malachi, Esli, and Hananiah — who keep life full and busy in the local schools. When not in the classroom or City Hall, the family enjoys camping on weekends, boating at the lake, traveling across the US, and attending Oklahoma State football games.
