City financial systems modernized with cloud ERP

After a formal alternatives analysis comparing the current Tyler Incode 9 system, Tyler Hosted/Incode 10, and Caselle Cloud, Council approved implementation funding on September 1, 2026 to migrate the city's financials, payroll, utility billing, and payment portal to Caselle Cloud ERP. The new platform carries an ongoing fee of about $76,160 a year with a three-year rate lock, and a projected five-year cost below the current system.

What it means: Replaces an aging legacy finance system with a modern, cloud-based platform at a lower projected long-term cost.
