Yukon Fine Arts Center leased for $1 a year

The council approved a $1-a-year, annually renewable lease with Yukon Public Schools for the 38,700-square-foot Fine Arts Center at 850 Yukon Ave. The facility will host concerts, movie nights, e-sports, dance and music classes, and community meetings. The city budgeted $50,000 in Parks & Recreation for FY2026-27 operating costs.

What it means: A community performance venue secured at essentially no lease cost.
