Library homebound delivery service
The Mabel C. Fry Public Library operates a homebound delivery service for residents unable to visit in person, launched in December 2025. Library staff describe it as the only such service offered by any public library in Canadian County. The library also began sharing monthly statistical reports directly with City Council.
