The Mule restaurant expansion to Yukon

The Mule, a popular Oklahoma City gourmet sandwich restaurant, is building a $1.25 million location at 1651 Shedeck Parkway in Yukon. The City Council approved a simplified planned unit development (SPUD) for the 4,175-square-foot building with 810 square feet of outdoor patio seating.
