Approved a Roadway Improvement Agreement with 10th Street, LLC between March 3 and March 6, 2026, tied to the 42.1-acre, 18-parcel Ten West Center retail and commercial development. The agreement requires the developer — not Yukon taxpayers — to fund driveway and street improvements on NW 10th Street in exchange for previously authorized curb cuts. The completion deadline was extended 18 months, to September 6, 2030, by council amendment in July 2026.
